Isabelle is an independent management consultant with experience that spans NHS, local government and the private sector. Isabelle has particular skills in meeting organisational and personal goals through: Change Management, Organisation Development, Mentoring and Coaching, Career Management and Quality Management. Isabelle has particular expertise in partnership working between Health, Social Services and Education.
In addition to designing and facilitating bespoke strategic workshops and training events, Isabelle is experienced in the design and delivery of organisational diagnostics using tools such as EFQM, Balanced Scorecard, structured interviews, focus groups, questionnaires and trend analysis of customer/client feedback.
Isabelle has an MBA, and qualifications in Psychology, Careers Guidance, Personnel Management, Coaching and Quality Management Systems. She is licensed to administer the NHS Leadership Qualities Framework 360 feedback tool, Myers Briggs, OPQ, Firo B, Wave, and Hogan tools.
Isabelle was previously a Non Executive Director for NHS Brent and a lay member for Brent fostering panel.
Sarah Rabin - Director/ Communication Advisor and Resources Developer

Sarah is a Newly Qualified Speech and Language Therapist. She has a background in drama and music, and was the recipient of the first De Montfort University and Philharmonia Music Scholarship in 2018/19.
Sarah is an experienced presenter with the skills to design professional and academic presentations and resources. Sarah recently presented "Feedback of trans women regarding voice therapy" at the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) 2019 conference and at the East Midlands Hub day. Sarah’s work has been published in the RCSLT monthly bulletin.
Sarah is an innovative workshop developer and facilitator, with a passion for inclusion, cultural competencies and cross cultural programmes.

Barbara Bradbury - Organisation Development Consultant
TD, MPhil, BSc (Hons), RGN
Barbara Bradbury is a highly experienced organisational development consultant, facilitator and executive coach. She has over 25 years of working in this field at a senior level within the health sector including posts held at a Regional Health Authority, the King’s Fund and as an Executive Director of OD of an NHS Trust.
Barbara designs and facilitates leadership and professional development programmes for clinicians and leaders at all levels of the organisation. Her focus is on developing skills for effective leadership and management, such as advanced communication skills, essential leadership behaviours and emotional intelligence. Her current research interest is the influence of leadership behaviour on workplace resilience.
Barbara uses a range of psychometric tools in her practice as appropriate, including the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, Leadership 360 Feedback, Emotional Intelligence Profile, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument and Firo-B, and she is a qualified mediator.
Clive Martinez – Human Resources & Organisational Development Consultant
Clive is an experienced and creative human resources, change management and organisational development professional with 28 years experience working in both public and private sectors including over eight years at board level in three different organisations. He is well qualified and experienced in HR, OD, change management, coaching, Myers Briggs (MBTI) and workplace mediation. His values include working to help those he works with to learn from the work they do together, in diversity and delivering value for money. He works at all levels in organisations: with teams, groups, as well as with individuals.
Clive completed his OD qualification with the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science earlier this year which has added significantly to the tools and techniques he is able to use in his work with clients.
Cheryl Brodie - Learning and Organisational Development Consultant.
B.ED and MSc in Education Management.
Cheryl is an independent consultant working in learning, development and business improvement. Her career has been in the public and private sector in diverse organisations including advertising, banks, education and NHS.
Her passion is changing organisations and individuals so that the work is more productive, customer focussed and satisfying. She has done this through strategy development, education management, leadership programmes and business improvement teams, never underestimating complexity and the role of conversation. She has set up Learning and Development departments and held Assistant Director OD positions, most recently in a Mental Health Organisation which had 60 hospitals across the UK. Her task was to align and oversee all education and training ensuring it led to real outcomes for the patients. To achieve this she led a major IT project to implement e learning for staff and patients that they could get excited about. As well as making business cases and project management Cheryl also designed and wrote programmes always with an emotional connection to the delegates. She also coaches aspiring leaders.
More recently Cheryl has diversified. Her work includes international development particularly in Ghana where she has written and is implementing a strategy to lift people out of poverty. This is partly achieved by identifying and developing young leaders and supporting them on ambitious projects. Six years ago Cheryl founded a refugee charity providing drop in help. This has recently expanded to include outings and a choir. The aim is to help refugees integrate, socialise and become independent and settled. She is also Trustee of a hospice and a lay member of the employment Tribunal.
Cheryl is deeply committed to work that enables people to develop themselves and in turn serve in supporting the development of others. She holds a B.ED and MSc in Education Management. She also has post graduate qualifications in Advanced Process Consultancy (Tavistock) and Coaching. In addition she is qualified Level A & B psychometric tests and MBTI.
Rhian Cadvan-Jones – Human Resources & Organisational Development Consultant
Rhian is an experienced Human Resource professional and Organisation Development practitioner working mainly in the public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and internationally. Rhian is a former HR Director in the National Health Service and is currently trustee of Yellow Submarine, a charity supporting people with learning disabilities. As an HR leader Rhian has designed and implemented strategic initiatives to strengthen people management capability and practices focusing on system improvement and sustained personal development. At a team level, Rhian facilitates effective conversations that support team growth and resolve issues of conflict. She is a management development trainer and a large group facilitator. She has designed and delivered leadership development programmes in the NHS and coached learners on humanitarian leadership programmes. Rhian has supported action learning sets, designed development centres, and mentored HR and OD professionals. Rhian’s understanding of cultural diversity and her ability to establish trusting working relations underpins her approach.
Rhian has a Business Degree and is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has a NTL Certificate in Organisation Development and is a qualified coach.
Jerry Martin – Chartered Psychologist and Leadership Development Specialist
Jerry is a highly experienced leadership development specialist, psychologist and clinician with expertise in change management, leadership and consulting solutions across world-class organisations and passionate about developing potential. His specialties include: delivering large scale leadership development/learning programmes and talent management solutions for commercial success. A keen cyclist and rambler Jerry has lead touring groups around many European countries and Australasia.

Stephen King – Vocal Coach
There is nothing that gives Stephen greater joy than giving confidence to others. Whether this is through voice control, learning to balance tone effectively or suggesting character choices in music, Stephen strives to remove the 'luck' element from performance and replace it with muscle memory. In his London Studio, Stephen uses his knowledge of the Estill model, working on a one to one basis with a variety of clients. This includes coaching professional performers in preparation for auditions, rehabilitating substance abusers as well as speech and voice work with senior executives to achieve confidence and balance in public speaking.

Jackie has over 30 years experience in the field, gained through a range of senior roles, most recently as an Executive Director of Workforce and OD in the NHS. She is particularly interested in using positive approaches to achieve change such as appreciative enquiry and quality improvement techniques.
Jackie has a reputation for involving and engaging staff to achieve results, engaging with them and drawing out the expertise of others to gain ownership of, and commitment to effective change.
