Isabelle is an independent management consultant with experience that spans NHS, local government and the private sector. Isabelle has particular skills in meeting organisational and personal goals through: Change Management, Organisation Development, Mentoring and Coaching, Career Management and Quality Management. Isabelle has particular expertise in partnership working between Health, Social Services and Education.
In addition to designing and facilitating bespoke strategic workshops and training events, Isabelle is experienced in the design and delivery of organisational diagnostics using tools such as EFQM, Balanced Scorecard, structured interviews, focus groups, questionnaires and trend analysis of customer/client feedback.

Barbara Bradbury - Organisation Development Consultant

Barbara Bradbury is a highly experienced organisational development consultant, facilitator and executive coach. She has over 25 years of working in this field at a senior level within the health sector including posts held at a Regional Health Authority, the King’s Fund and as an Executive Director of OD of an NHS Trust.
Barbara designs and facilitates leadership and professional development programmes for clinicians and leaders at all levels of the organisation. Her focus is on developing skills for effective leadership and management, such as advanced communication skills, essential leadership behaviours and emotional intelligence. Her current research interest is the influence of leadership behaviour on workplace resilience.
Barbara uses a range of psychometric tools in her practice as appropriate, including the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, Leadership 360 Feedback, Emotional Intelligence Profile, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument and Firo-B, and she is a qualified mediator.
Clive Martinez – Human Resources & Organisational Development Consultant
Clive is an experienced and creative human resources, change management and organisational development professional with 28 years experience working in both public and private sectors including over eight years at board level in three different organisations. He is well qualified and experienced in HR, OD, change management, coaching, Myers Briggs (MBTI) and workplace mediation. His values include working to help those he works with to learn from the work they do together, in diversity and delivering value for money. He works at all levels in organisations: with teams, groups, as well as with individuals.
Clive completed his OD qualification with the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science earlier this year which has added significantly to the tools and techniques he is able to use in his work with clients.

Rhian Cadvan-Jones – Human Resources & Organisational Development Consultant
Rhian is an experienced Human Resource professional and Organisation Development practitioner working mainly in the public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and internationally. Rhian is a former HR Director in the National Health Service and is currently trustee of Yellow Submarine, a charity supporting people with learning disabilities. As an HR leader Rhian has designed and implemented strategic initiatives to strengthen people management capability and practices focusing on system improvement and sustained personal development. At a team level, Rhian facilitates effective conversations that support team growth and resolve issues of conflict. She is a management development trainer and a large group facilitator. She has designed and delivered leadership development programmes in the NHS and coached learners on humanitarian leadership programmes. Rhian has supported action learning sets, designed development centres, and mentored HR and OD professionals. Rhian’s understanding of cultural diversity and her ability to establish trusting working relations underpins her approach.

Stephen King – Vocal Coach
There is nothing that gives Stephen greater joy than giving confidence to others. Whether this is through voice control, learning to balance tone effectively or suggesting character choices in music, Stephen strives to remove the 'luck' element from performance and replace it with muscle memory. In his London Studio, Stephen uses his knowledge of the Estill model, working on a one to one basis with a variety of clients. This includes coaching professional performers in preparation for auditions, rehabilitating substance abusers as well as speech and voice work with senior executives to achieve confidence and balance in public speaking.
